My name is Madi Grace Barton, I am a current Hartt School Senior studying to graduate with a BFA in Musical Theater.

My strong head belt and shimmering mix lend themselves well to the world of strong-willed, bright-eyed, comedic, and ingenue roles, and my unique sense of humor always tends to wiggle its way into my work. What really itches that part of my brain is the idea of building a person within the boundaries of a character. 

Aside from performing, I am deeply passionate about building community and fostering meaningful connections. I place great importance on maintaining a balanced, energized mind and body. As well as, actively incorporating these values into my daily life. I take pride in consuming and creating art that fuels my imagination and keeps my creativity flowing.

When not on a stage, you will likely find me journaling, painting my bedroom doors, or walking the same neighborhood loop until I fill my activity circles. You can also sometimes find me skipping through the theater and breaking into random tap breaks.
